Additionally these bits of carapace may also be used to create a love potion of sorts. (If utilizing for TTRPG, if ground into a paste, powder or draught, you receive a +2 bonus to any charisma or persuasion based skill checks until the next long rest. Consumable.)

Pumpkin King's Lantern
Wrought from the essence of fallen souls, this lantern bears a face eternally twisted in mirth and malice. Said to belong to a mischievous sovereign of All Saints’ Wake, its eerie light flickers with aether from the void. Beware: What it reveals may not wish to remain seen. Legends say this lantern was forged during the earliest All Saints' Wake celebrations, when mortals sought to stave off the void’s grasp with revelry and pranks. Rumor has it that it contains the essence of a long-forgotten voidsent trickster, trapped in the aetheric flame by a rogue thaumaturge. Those who carry the lantern might hear faint laughter when they blow out the wick—or see fleeting glimpses of eerie, masked figures in the corner of their vision.
This lantern is shaped like a grinning jack-o'-lantern, with an aetheric flame flickering inside. When lit, the flame glows an unnatural bluish-green, causing shadows around it to ripple and twist like otherworldly beings. The pumpkin’s carved face seems to shift subtly, grinning wider when spirits are near.

Witch's Cauldron Charm
A tiny cauldron, forged from dark iron, swings gently from a silver chain. It fits perfectly in the palm of your hand, cool to the touch, and always seems to carry the faint scent of bubbling herbs and arcane vapors. If you listen closely, you might hear a soft gurgling sound—though whether it comes from the charm or your mind is anyone’s guess. Beneath the cauldron's surface, aether swirls faintly, as if holding back a mischievous spell waiting to bubble over.
Legends tell of a powerful witch who roamed the Shroud during the earliest All Saints' Wake festivities, offering strange gifts to children and adventurers alike—if they were brave enough to meet her terms. Those who carried her enchanted charms were granted incredible fortune… but at a price. Some say the gifts were a lure, meant to spread mischief in her name long after she vanished. Others whisper that the witch’s essence still lingers inside each charm, ensuring her cauldron never truly runs dry.During the All Saints' Wake festival, these cauldron charms are said to resonate with the chaos of the season. Some scholars speculate they tap into pockets of aether that shift with the thinning of the veil between the living and the dead. Adventurers foolish enough to use the charm without caution may find themselves fulfilling strange compulsions—whether from mischievous voidsent or the witch’s own lingering spirit.

Mourner's Veil
Crafted by grieving artisans during a particularly haunting All Saints' Wake, the Mourner's Veil is said to capture the essence of those who have been lost. It is a tribute to the dead, designed to protect the living from the lingering sadness of their absence. Those who wear it may feel a connection to the souls of the departed, receiving guidance or warnings as they navigate the thin veil between life and death.
As tales of the veil spread, so did its reputation. Many seek its power to commune with lost loved ones or to gain insights into the aether's hidden truths. However, the veil has a dual nature—while it can provide solace, it can also evoke despair, overwhelming the wearer with the emotions of the spirits who linger nearby. This ethereal veil is woven from shimmering black silk, with silver threads that catch the light like distant stars. When worn, it shrouds the face in an air of melancholy, allowing glimpses of shadowy forms to dance behind it. The veil emits a soft, mournful wail when disturbed, reminiscent of whispers from the beyond, evoking an overwhelming sense of loss and longing.
{Item TTRPG Mechanics}
Gloomscythe
This ominous scythe, with a long, twisted handle made of darkened wood, features a blade that gleams with an eerie green light, resembling the sickle moon on a crisp autumn night. Intricate carvings of autumn leaves and skeletal hands adorn the haft, and the air around it carries a faint, chilling breeze. When swung, whispers echo through the air, as if lost souls are calling for their harvest.
Crafted by a malevolent harvester during the first All Saints' Wake, this scythe is said to have been used to reap not just crops but the very souls of the land’s inhabitants. Legends state that those who fell victim to its edge were claimed by the aether, their spirits destined to wander the fields as restless souls, eternally bound to the cycle of harvest. The scythe is often sought by those who wish to command the power of the harvest but beware—its influence can twist intentions, turning even the kindest hearts to dark desires. Farmers and adventurers alike speak of the eerie cries of the damned when wielding it, warning of the tragic price of power. During All Saints' Wake, it is rumored that the scythe glows brightest, calling to those desperate enough to heed its whispers.

Giggly Wispkin
Crafted by a well-loved toymaker in a cozy village, the Whimsical Wisp Plush is said to be imbued with the playful spirit of a mischievous wisp. Originally made to comfort children during the spooky season, it has become a treasured item among adventurers, known for bringing luck and joy. Legends claim that the plush can even guide its owner through haunted areas, illuminating paths and warding off dark spirits with its cheerful presence.
Many who own the plush recount tales of its playful antics—glowing brighter during All Saints' Wake, it often leads its owner to hidden treasures or keeps them company during long, lonely nights. This adorable plush toy resembles a small ghost, with a soft, flowing white fabric that gives it a delightful, huggable appearance. Its eyes are made of shiny black buttons, and it has a tiny, cheerful smile stitched into its face. When squeezed, it emits a faint glow, mimicking the soft light of a wisp, and a gentle giggle escapes, filling the air with an enchanting aura.

Midnight Moon Petals
Crafted by the artisans of an early Umbral-Era, the Moonlit Petal Circlet is said to be a gift from the Menphina, designed to protect the wearer from the spirits that wander during All Saints' Wake. It is believed that the circlet grants the wearer clarity and insight into the unseen, allowing them to navigate through both the physical and spiritual worlds with grace.
Adventurers often seek out this circlet not only for its beauty but also for its reputed ability to soothe restless spirits, making it a popular charm during the haunting season. Wearing the circlet can evoke visions of loved ones lost, providing comfort to those who dare to remember. This delicate circlet is made of silver filigree, entwined with shimmering moonflower petals that glow softly in the dark. The petals are a blend of pale blue and silver, creating an ethereal appearance. When worn, the circlet feels light and airy, as if it were woven from the very essence of moonlight.
